The very nice hospitality from Des made my stay special, including an early check-in and thoughtful suggestions for local spots.
There was a minor confusion regarding the power outlets which could benefit from clearer labeling.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with spa bath as well as nice decor was not a problem. It is in great and absolutely perfect location to Annesbrook Church, set a few steps away from the hotel. You could walk to a supermarket and two supermarkets.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered deluxe king studio with spa bath. I had refrigerators, a kettle, and a toaster. The location was quiet, to supermarkets with easy access to shopping centres and a market. Stoke district was worth staying in.
Some people working there were quite loud.

The climate control system in the room really sets the mood just right. And a microwave and mini-fridge makes late-night snacks a possibility.
The condensation from the glass ranch sliders. Also. Light bulbs in the heat lamp and above the bed didn't work, and the occasional moisture issue suggests it could use better insulation, maybe even double glazing.

One of the things that decide us on the Boutique Motel was that it had a kitchenette, also that it is very handy to all that we needed,ie.close to shops, family, and transport if needed. We weren't let down, the unit was excellent for us, we could make meal if we wanted to, nice bed and shower etc., friendly management. We would recommend this place to friends, in fact we have.

Had a clean, comfy stay, but the noise from the pub next door was a bit much, eh? Chur for the fresh coffee in the room, though!

Close to all the shops we needed and had good laundry facilities.
For this money, the accommodation was limited and cramped. The shower needed to have a plumber sort it out.

This accommodation was in the central location central to nice cafe & licensed Restaurants. Appreciated staying at the classic studio with a spa bath.
Don’t have any issues at all.

Terrific service, I felt safe.
I greatly enjoyed 2 nights there. The hotel was little and friendly, with very very helpful staff. The restaurant was nice, I ordered appetising dishes.

I liked the location which is close to the airport and also the free internet service and sky tv.
I did not like the shower because the water pressure was not strong enoughm, but in general the experience was positive.

It was everything that we needed. We were able to do some washing, make a bite to eat and watch TV with an early night. Thank you for the hospitality
Maybe a 2 ring burner.
